LiftMaster LA400PKGU is a swing gate opener that requires 120VAC to power up. The main board and gate arm require 24VDC to function. The unit automatically converts 120AC to 24VDC to keep the built in battery charged for the gate to operate.

The Vehicle Motion Sensor for Gates is designed to reliably detect the presence of a stationary or moving vehicle while also having the ability to ignore most human traffic. It will allow an automatic free exit of vehicles exiting your property. This sensor is mounted underground.

Our keypads will be professionally installed at your property and include a Gooseneck Stand (Keypad Pedestal - Pad Mount - 42'').
There two available options :

B. a Wireless Keypad where you can program up to 250 permanent codes (w/10 Unique Temporary PINs.)
